Schools finally here

Well...My baby is growing up. She's a big 4th grader this year. Standing 5 foot tall (taller than some of my 7th graders). She was excited to see friends, but was missing sleeping in & going to the pool. Lauren said there are a lot of rules in 4th grade, but it will get better because in Science they are going to investiage a deer's heart...she LOVES science. She got up all by herself & ate a pretty good breakfast. She told me I didn't need to walk her to class (sniff, sniff). My baby is a beautiful girl (my opinion of course) and is growing up way too fast. In those drooling and dirty diaper days, you pray it will pass soon, but now...it is just flying by. In 2 years she'll be with me! My mother always told me when you have a child, time will pass so fast....well mom, you were right again. May the Lord bless all the kids this year in school.
